How to Become an H&H Customer
H&H's Program starts with a free invoice analysis to see what your purchases are and to project how much savings we can help you realize. Once we complete our analysis, we'll meet with you to review our findings and help define objectives, needs, and strategies for your purchasing program. Together we'll set goals on price and product quality. H&H will then go out and bid each product category, analyze the bids, negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing, and develop a customized order guide for you. You can decide to utilize our state-of-the-art one-click online ordering system or you can opt for more traditional, paper-based ordering. You or H&H will submit your purchase orders (depending on your preference). All invoices will be reviewed by H&H Purchasing for accuracy and to ensure that vendors adhere to negotiated pricing.
